1. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website miairbnb.com, operated under the trade name MÍA. MÍA is dedicated to the management and marketing of third-party tourist accommodations in the cities of Medellín and Cartagena, Colombia.

2. Nature of the service and intermediation

MÍA acts as a manager and intermediary between property owners and guests. Unless expressly stated, MÍA is not the owner of the properties it promotes. Bookings are primarily handled through platforms such as Airbnb and are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those platforms.

3. National Tourism Registry (RNT)

In compliance with Law 300 of 1996 and related regulations, each property offered as tourist accommodation holds its own National Tourism Registry (RNT), registered in the name of its respective owner:

• • Each property’s RNT number is published on its listing within the booking platform (Airbnb), where the accommodation is offered.
• • MÍA, in its role as manager, is not the holder of these registrations and does not replace them.
• • The registration, validity, and renewal of the RNT are the responsibility of the owner of each property.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site —text, images, logos, brand, and design— is the property of MÍA or used with due authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

MÍA acts as a manager and facilitator of accommodations. To the extent permitted by law, MÍA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The accommodation contract is entered into with the property owner and/or the booking platform used.

6. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. We recommend reviewing it to learn what data we collect and what your rights are.

7. Third-party links and platforms

This site may contain links to external platforms such as Airbnb or social networks. MÍA does not control or take responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy policies of those third-party sites.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Medellín.
