1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using this website, as well as by booking or contracting our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use the site or our services.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to take actions that affect its operation, security or availability, nor to reproduce its content without authorization.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings can be made directly through platforms such as Airbnb or coordinated with our team via WhatsApp or email:

• • Availability and rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
• • Payments are processed according to the conditions of the platform or the agreed method.
• • A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive our confirmation or that of the platform.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the property and the booking channel used. When you book through Airbnb, the cancellation policies published on that platform will apply. For direct bookings, we will inform you of the conditions before confirming.

5. Guest responsibilities

During your stay you agree to:

• • Respect the rules of coexistence, the building regulations and the maximum number of guests agreed.
• • Take care of the property and report any damage or incident in a timely manner.
• • Not carry out illegal activities or unauthorized events within the accommodation.

6. Intellectual property

All site content —text, images, logos and design— is the property of MÍA Medellín International Apartments or used with authorization, and is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

MÍA acts as manager and facilitator of accommodations. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of personal belongings or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party links

Our site may include links to external platforms such as Airbnb or social media. We do not control or take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on this page, indicating the date of the last update.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Medellín.
