OUR STORY
We were born to make your property work for you.
MÍA was born in Medellín from a simple idea: properties have two paths in life, to produce money or to produce expenses. We always choose the first.
We bring hotel management, interior design and real-estate sales under one roof. That way, every apartment becomes an experience for the guest and a profitable asset for the owner.
Today we operate in Medellín and Cartagena, with a local team that cares for every detail: from the first Airbnb photo to the last guest check-out.

AIRBNB SUPERHOST
What Superhost actually means, and why it is not a decoration.
Superhost is the status Airbnb grants hosts who meet four requirements measured over the previous twelve months: an overall rating of 4.8 or higher, at least 10 completed reservations (or 3 totalling 100 nights), a cancellation rate below 1%, and a reply to more than 90% of new messages within 24 hours.
You cannot apply for it or buy it: Airbnb assesses it four times a year, on 1 January, April, July and October, and removes it automatically from any host who stops meeting the bar. That is what makes it a measure of sustained operation rather than a profile badge.
