We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and which channel visitors arrive from. It collects your IP address in anonymised form, your device type, the pages you visit and the source you arrived from, and we tell you so both in a notice on arrival and in this policy. We do not use advertising, personalisation or cross-site tracking cookies, and we neither sell nor share this data. If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use private browsing; the site works exactly the same.

We share data only when it is necessary to provide the service:
- Booking platforms such as Airbnb, when you complete a booking through them.
- Payment, messaging and analytics providers that operate under confidentiality agreements.
