Cancellation policy
Each property may have specific conditions, which you’ll see clearly before confirming. As a general rule, booking directly offers the greatest flexibility: if you give us notice in advance, we reschedule or refund depending on the case. For Airbnb bookings, the cancellation policy published on the platform applies.

Payment security
We process payments through secure channels. For direct bookings we confirm the transaction before your arrival and never request sensitive data through unofficial channels. On Airbnb, payment is handled entirely within the platform.

If you find a problem on arrival or during your stay, contact us right away. We arrange solutions such as technical assistance, replacement or, depending on the case, relocation to another property. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Cleaning and standards
Each apartment is delivered clean and disinfected, with fresh bed linen and towels. We carry out regular maintenance to ensure everything works properly during your stay.
Security deposit
Some properties require a refundable deposit as a guarantee. It is returned in full after check-out if there is no damage or pending charges.
