The minimum stay on MÍA Houses long-stay rentals is 15 or 28 nights depending on the unit. The apartments in Sabaneta and Calasanz, in Medellín, sit in that range; the one in La Boquilla, Cartagena, asks for 28 nights. There are five properties, all sleeping up to six guests, across two cities.
The apartment comes furnished and equipped, with internet, a washer and a full kitchen. Utilities and internet are included in the rate unless the listing says otherwise, so there is nothing to buy and no service contracts to open in your own name.
